Ahhh corporate-life! I’m already exhausted and I just started this job! Had to work late tonight for the dumbest reason – the guy I’m carpooling with wandered over to my desk 10 minutes AFTER quitting time to say he still had tons to do and is it ok if we wait another 45 minutes to an hour to head home? Ummm…like I have a choice at this point?
*grumble*
Anyway, aside from dumb stuff like that, things are going pretty well. I’m getting settled into the new house and it’s quite nice. I finally got the chance to take some new pictures last week and I’ll be posting some to the site soon, it is always so much fun to have a new spot to take pics in!
I also started some new arts and crafts projects to keep me busy. I have GOT to have lots of stuff to do with my hands since I quit smoking, it’s really driving me nuts in the evenings if I don’t keep myself busy. I’m about to set up my easel and do a little painting tonight in fact, I’ve got to decorate this place!
